DEVELOPMENT & FORMULATION
We work from the initial concept, defining the flavour profile and product characteristics, developing prototypes and refining them through successive development stages.
BOTANICAL EXTRACTION
We process aromatic herbs, spices, roots, flowers and other botanical ingredients using carefully designed extraction methods to obtain intense, distinctive flavour profiles tailored for non-alcoholic beverage formulation. We use technologies that allow us to work in an aqueous environment while carefully controlling processing time and temperature, preserving as much as possible the complexity, freshness and organoleptic characteristics of the botanicals we use.
CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
We manufacture non-alcoholic beverages for companies and partner brands, assessing each project based on the recipe, production volumes and required packaging format.
We handle small and medium production runs, starting from approximately 200 litres up to 1,000 litres per batch. Every project is evaluated individually according to its formulation, packaging requirements and compatibility with our production capabilities.
PASTEURISATION & BOTTLING
We support companies and producers that already have their own product and require the final stages of the production process. We provide pasteurisation, bottling and packaging services, evaluating each project according to the product's characteristics, packaging format and processing requirements.
Our equipment can process up to approximately 100 litres per hour, making this service particularly suitable for small and medium-sized production runs.
